Malls, cinema houses and schools can be opened in Unlock 5.0
New Delhi: The fifth phase of unlocking the nationwide lockdown implemented from March due to Corona epidemic will start from October 1. Its guidelines will be issued in the next one or two days. It is believed that the opening of malls, schools and cinemas in Unlock-5.0 can be discounted. At the same time, it is expected to relax the rules of travel on tourism and religious places.
Philly Unlock 4.0 is running until September 30. In the fourth phase, the government had allowed partial opening of schools from 21 September, but there were conditions. It is not allowed to run classes but only consult with teachers. For this also it is mandatory to get written consent from parents. In the fifth phase one can be expected to start regular classes from 9th to 12th in view of the board examination. Classes for children up to eighth are still not possible.
Apart from this, due to the festive season, the government is expected to allow the mall to open. Although the government is in a state of uncertainty at the pace with which the Corona transition continues, this is the time of business for traders.
For the last six months, shops and traders have suffered heavy losses due to the shops being closed in the mall. Businessmen are expecting the government to allow the mall to open now, which has moved towards normalizing economic activities. Due to the closure of the mall, along with the multiplexes made in them, the general cinemas are also closed for the last six months. In view of the festive season, the government may allow opening of cinemas with certain conditions.
In Unlock 5.0, it is possible that the government may allow opening of tourist places as well. Although after 21 September, the tourist movement has been opened to many historical places with some conditions but it is still prohibited to visit all the tourist places. Even a limited number of pilgrims have been allowed to visit religious places.
