1- Do not drink cold smoothies-
If you drink more ice in thandai, then it is harmful for health. By doing this, there is pain in the stomach and there is a possibility of getting cold. Try to drink simple smoothies and make smoothies of similar fruits at a time. You do not need to mix any other fruit with banana, because according to Ayurveda, it increases the risk of diseases.
2- Do not do hot yoga-
In hot yoga, you have to do yoga in a hot and closed place, due to which the moisture in the body starts decreasing. If you want to lose weight, then it would be better to do workouts or simple yoga. According to the expert, hot yoga trend was adopted by many people but its result was only dehydration and headache.
3- Do not drink raw fruit juice-
If you drink raw fruit juice, then there may be bloating and nutritional deficiency, to avoid this, you should steam the fruit and then make juice. If you make juice of raw fruit directly, then there are more chances of bloating and vomiting.
4- Do not drink lemonade on an empty stomach in the morning-
If you wake up in the morning and drink lemonade on an empty stomach, then it can cause burning in your stomach, acidity and damage to your teeth. If you want to lose weight, then drink hot water only after getting up in the morning and do not consume anything else with it.
5- Do not stay hungry-
If you keep fast or eat food only at one time, then in such a situation your periods are missed, hair breakage or loss starts and there is weakness in the body. Try to do more workouts, instead of starving or fasting for more days.
